By offering these construction activities, we are able to provide more control over the day to day activities on the job-site, the construction schedule and be able to provide competitive and fair cost analysis for the owner.


Project Management / Construction Manager

Larson Construction employs personnel that are knowledgeable, professional and personable for any owner’s project management needs. Services available for project management range from the subcontractor/supplier contract organization thru scheduling the construction project to punch-list items.

Construction projects require organization and control. We provide these tools in order to aid the owner to a successful project.


Design Build

Larson Construction has access to many design professionals. Our personnel are capable of working closely with the owner and architect in order to design a quality project yet be cost effective for the owner.
