Aplington Parkersburg High School
Description:
The Aplington-Parkersburg High School was destroyed by an EF5 tornado on May 25, 2008. Larson Construction was interviewed and hired following the tornado as a construction manager. Due to the extreme nature of this project, the timeline was to build a school the students could get into within one year. All of the contractors, architects and school representatives worked collaboratively with Larson Construction to meet this deadline.

Northeast Iowa Community College
Description:
Northeast Iowa Community College passed a 35 million dollar bond referendum for their college campus improvements. Larson Construction was interviewed and hired to manage the following projects:

Addition/Renovation to Existing Student Center -Calmar
Health Science and Library Remodel-Peosta
